Our Move offers
In a wonderful natural setting, next to mountains and lake, it is much more motivated to train. But also our Indoor Move area makes every athlete's heart beat faster. You have the choice between varied group workouts, training sessions with a personal trainer or to use the fitness area as well as the swimming pool independently.
We offer you a colorful mix of Move programs at different times and dates. The offered trainings are seasonal and only possible with timely registration.
Group trainings
12 Tiroler
Developed by Toni Innauer and Patrick Koller, simple exercises with no equipment are completed for greater flexibility and strength. During this training session - which is suitable for all ages - Tyrol’s animal kingdom is emulated, so we become as supple as an Alpine salamander and as strong as an ibex.

Aqua aerobics
Aqua aerobics is a special kind of exercise in the water. Thanks to the buoyancy of the water, strength and conditioning exercises are easy on your joints, tendons and your back and help strengthen your muscles and your cardiovascular system.

Move program
Spiroergometry on the bike incl. consultation
Spiroergometry is an endurance test on a bicycle ergometer. Your breathing is measured during exercise and your performance is recorded using your heart rate. Spiroergometry is a performance check and gives you detailed information about your current fitness level. Your data is analyzed by our sports scientists and discussed in the subsequent consultation. You will then work out your personal training recommendation.

Bioelectrical impedance analysis incl. consultation
This analysis provides you with precise information about your current body composition. Your percentage of body water, muscle and body fat is determined and your metabolism is then optimized by our sports scientists using individual nutrition and training recommendations. Exercise, recovery and nutrition are the three most important pillars of a healthy lifestyle.

Our coaches determine your current physical condition and work out your personal training plan based on this. Together, we will put together individual exercises that you can easily do at home. The focus is on healthy joints, a stable and strong core, a flexible spine and strong legs and arms. Look forward to learning new exercises in our modern Move area and integrating them into your everyday life.

Move & Relax health check
Take the first step towards a healthy future: your body composition is determined and your body's resilience is assessed. Your individual physiological parameters will give you a detailed insight into your performance. Together with your sports scientist, you will analyze the data and create a plan that is easy to implement. Your coach will accompany you during your stay and assist you with his expertise in any sporting activity.
