Review:
Overall a nice hotel with a nice stay for our family. We arrived just as the power outage occurred, and we were walking with the small kids from the parking garage to the elevators. The kids were, of course, shocked and very upset. After that, we had to wait about 2 hours until everything was back up and running. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the situation was not handled well; we would have appreciated a bit more "care." It was definitely not a pleasant start. The underground parking garage is something we have to criticize; it's simply too narrow. When leaving the hotel, we had to maneuver about 15 times, which is not a pleasant experience for the guest. So overall all good but when entering and leaving the hotel we had to sweat a bit.

Amazing family room, with separate rooms for the kids. Food selection, especially for kids could be better

The advertisement is deceiving- we thought we booked at the lakeside resort and there is nothing in the advertisement to the contrary. This started the visit poorly, as we were disappointed. The sink in our room leaked our whole stay. We asked for maintenance to fix the leak and a gentleman came immediately, but did not fix the leak and actually made it worse. It was unfortunate because anytime we used the sink it leaked all over the bathroom floor and was dangerous. We used all towels keeping the floor as dry and safe as possible, and when we asked for additional towels we were given two—for four people in a room where the sink leaked like a river. Most disappointing. A positive was that we got front row seats at the lakeside hotel on Saturday. Anyone booking should be sure to understand that there are two properties—even with paying for a view. One is actually on the lake and the other is across the street. Be sure to double check what you reserve.
